As a reminder, transportation and accommodation are at your own expense.
ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation has been pre-booked on a B&B (bed and breakfast) basis.
In the “Registration” tab, you can indicate whether you require accommodation and select
your preferred hotel below.
Please note: you do not need to pay now, payment for your hotel room will be made by you upon arrival.
TRAVEL LOGISTICS / TRANSFERS
You are responsible for arranging your travel (by plane or train) to the event.
To make getting around easier, shuttle services will be provided each day to Lesaffre International headquarters: hotels → Lesaffre campus → hotels.
Note: Please remember to check whether a visa is required for your trip to France.
If needed, a travel certificate can be provided. Let your local contact know.

Is the event paid?
You will need to cover your own transportation and accommodation expenses.
Otherwise, the event itself is completely free.
How can I get to the event venue?
To reach the Lesaffre campus, dedicated shuttles will take you from your hotels to the campus and back.
What is the language of the event?
The event will be held entirely in English.
No translation services will be provided, so a good level of English comprehension is recommended.
How can I stay informed about event news or updates?
We will keep you regularly informed through several channels:
- Updates on the platform
- Information emails
- Event web app, which will be available soon and will support you throughout the event
- Dedicated WhatsApp channel, opening two weeks before the event for last-minute communications
Will there be time to organize meetings with your Lesaffre contacts?
Yes. Time slots will be available on Friday morning, so you can organize meetings, discussions, or professional appointments with clients.
